Furnace Technician 3rd shift Monday- Friday 10pm - 6:30am
About the role
Furnace Technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing heating systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating system malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on heating systems
- Install new heating systems as needed
- Communicate effectively with building management and other technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Good physical stamina for manual labor
