Responsibilities
- Lead teams in the Joint Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Planning process
- Support Joint Headquarters planning, such as in the J35 or J5
- Develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders
- Integrate space domain operations with other warfighting domains
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the DoD or IC community
- 3+ years of experience supporting Joint Headquarters planning (e.g., J35 or J5)
- Knowledge of space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains
- Ability to rapidly develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior leaders
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Combatant Command
- Master’s degree in Strategic Studies or National Security
- Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I Course
- Graduate of an advanced military planner school (e.g., SAMS, SAW, SAAS, or JAWS)

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Work Model
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration required.
