About the role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a FG Planner in our Meknes plant.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Planning
• Experience working with SAP (PP/MM) or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and demand data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good command of English and French (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly production plans based on customer forecasts, production capacity, and schedule leveling principles to ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze customer demand, identify capacity constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and shipping schedules
• Coordinate with Service Centers to manage order changes, urgent requests, inventory accuracy, premium shipments, and air cargo approvals
• Monitor and adjust Master Production Schedules (MPS), release Work Orders (WOS), and ensure SAP planning data is accurate and up to date
• Track daily production performance, analyze output variances, and implement planning adjustments to maintain production efficiency and material availability
• Control inventory levels, minimize dead stock through rework planning and follow-up, and support continuous improvement in supply chain performance
