Funds Transfer Operations Specialist II

Responsibilities
- Handle miscellaneous and manual check processing, corporate checks, and secured check room operations.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing wire processing (e.g., outgoing OMNI wire preparation) and EOD wire reconciliations.
- Resolve rejected or incomplete ACH transactions.
- Follow established procedures for EOD closing and reconciliation processes of customer account transactions.
- Actively participate in cross-training programs to develop additional competencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- University degree preferred.
- Sedentary work as physical requirement.
Skills
- Experience in financial services operations industry.
- Accounting and general ledger experience.
- Banking experience.
- Ability to analyze with attention to detail.
- General ledger and reconciliation experience.
- Understanding of data and file processing.
- Adaptability, communication, continuous improvement mindset, customer engagement.
- Data analysis, data-based decision making, detail-oriented, financial risk management.
- Relationship management, technology systems, TIAA products/services acumen, transaction processing.
Pay
Base pay range: $26.06/hr – $31.54/hr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The competitive compensation package may also include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
