Responsibilities

  • Handle miscellaneous and manual check processing, corporate checks, and secured check room operations.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing wire processing (e.g., outgoing OMNI wire preparation) and EOD wire reconciliations.
  • Resolve rejected or incomplete ACH transactions.
  • Follow established procedures for EOD closing and reconciliation processes of customer account transactions.
  • Actively participate in cross-training programs to develop additional competencies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Sedentary work.

Skills

  • Experience in financial services operations industry.
  • Accounting and general ledger experience.

Pay

Base pay range: $26.06/hr - $31.54/hr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
