Role Description The Fundraising & Development Partner — United World Leaders is a remote role responsible for designing and executing strategies to secure philanthropic support, sponsorships, and partnerships that advance the organization’s mission and global initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prospective donors and partners, preparing proposals and pitch materials, and managing ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, including high-profile individuals and institutions. The role involves collaborating with leadership to align fundraising campaigns with major events and programs, maintaining accurate records of donor activity, and monitoring progress toward fundraising goals. This position also supports the development of innovative engagement opportunities for members and sponsors, ensuring that all activities reflect the organization’s values of inclusivity, integrity, and global impact. Qualifications Fundraising and development skills, including donor cultivation, sponsorship acquisition, and partnership building.Experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and high-level networking across diverse sectors.Strong communication skills in writing and speaking, with the ability to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports.Strategic planning and project management capabilities to design, implement, and track fundraising campaigns and initiatives.Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, reliability, and digital collaboration skills.Prior experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, international affairs, or events-based organizations is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, International Relations, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical practices in all professional activities.
