About the role

You’ll be at the center of evolving traditional fund processes into modern, insight-driven capabilities powered by automation and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine workflows using automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and scalability
• Oversee third-party providers, ensuring accountability, performance consistency, and timely issue resolution
• Contribute to fund lifecycle activities, including launches and ongoing operational support
• Guide review of valuation outputs, addressing anomalies and ensuring quality control standards
• Develop meaningful insights through data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience supporting fund operations or administration within the investment/financial services industry
• Familiarity with registered investment products, including ETFs or mutual funds
• Exposure to process improvement, reporting tools, or automation initiatives
• Led leadership experience

Compensation

$120,000 – $150,000
