Functional Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the developed applications align with business goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements.
• Communication Facilitation: Acting as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Solution Design: Assisting in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Management Support: Helping to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assisting in project planning and management.
• Quality Assurance: Participating in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all processes, requirements, and changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interacting with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications.

Qualifications

• Experience: B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years working as a business analyst or similar type position.

Pay and Schedule

The base pay range for this role is: $90,000-$110,000. CapTech is committed to providing a flexible work environment and helping employees achieve a work-life balance that suits their individual needs. Employees must be available to work onsite in a client location or a CapTech office as requested.
