About the role
Analyze and improve business processes by evaluating operational workflows, gathering business requirements, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency. Support service parts forecasting, order fulfillment, and business performance through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes, conduct gap and risk analyses, manage stakeholders, and support project planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operations.
- SAP experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with forecasting, planning, or inventory analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make business decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, warehousing, procurement, service parts, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve business processes and operational workflows.
- Develop service part forecasts using historical data and business inputs.
- Manage service part availability and support the Order Fulfillment Process.
- Analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate meetings with Engineering, Supply Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business documentation.
- Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Support project planning, communication, and change management initiatives.
- Execute business activities aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Track project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives.
