Full-Time Unit Manager, RN

About the role

Oversee a nursing unit to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure adequate staffing
• Mentor and educate nursing staff
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans
• Oversee medication management
• Provide direct patient care as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active state RN licensure
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least one year of nurse leadership experience
• Nursing experience requirements vary by educational pathway, with additional experience required for some degrees
