Full-Time Unit Manager, RN

About the role

Serve as a Unit Manager/Director - RN, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient, resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care for an assigned unit
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
