Full-Time Unit Manager, RN

Role: Unit Manager/Director - RN Responsibilities: Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and staff satisfaction. Lead and oversee nursing operations, coordination, and care delivery on an assigned unit.Ensure care aligns with the organization’s mission, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Manage human resources by recruiting, orienting, evaluating staff, and implementing disciplinary actions when needed. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
