About the role

Oversee nursing operations within an assigned unit. As a key leader, you'll support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing and patient care activities.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
