About the role

Unit Manager overseeing daily clinical and operational management of a long‑term care nursing unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide resident‑centered, person‑focused care.
• Ensure quality outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff, manage scheduling, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and oversee care plans and related documentation.
