About the role
Unit Manager overseeing daily operations for a long-term care and post-acute unit within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing and support staff to ensure safe, resident‑centered care aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
- Provide clinical oversight, care coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, manage budgets, and foster staff development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to promote dignity, compassion, and positive outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through a collaborative, mission‑driven approach.

- Leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on long‑term and post‑acute care settings.
