- Oversee nursing services for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings
- Manage daily unit operations
- Develop care plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote person-centered, compassionate care
Supervision & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
- Foster a supportive, team-focused environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or disability services preferred
