Full-time Teller, Natrona Heights

About the role

The Teller serves as a key team member, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming banking experience. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and providing personalized assistance.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Meet established referral goals by identifying opportunities for customers to discover additional banking solutions.
• Maintain cash flow and security drawers, terminals, and other valuables.
• Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Use multitasking skills to quickly shift from transaction to transaction.
• Apply arithmetic skills to count money accurately.
• Use computer literacy to access account information and process transactions.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending required classes.
• Process transactions in an accurate and efficient manner while providing quality customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Uphold the highest level of professional integrity and ethics.
• Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risks encountered daily, in compliance with Dollar Bank’s risk management program.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel as needed to training.
