Full-Time Store Manager

Role Overview: The Manager-on-Deck (MOD) is responsible for the overall performance of the store, including financial and operational aspects. They ensure excellent guest service, maximize sales and profitability through expense management, human resources oversight, and controlling operating costs. Key Responsibilities Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales and profit targets, and communicate results to staff.Review invoices and reports to identify growth opportunities.Maintain controls over assets, ensure proper cash handling, and conduct store inspections for cleanliness and equipment maintenance.Lead staff by setting expectations, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring policy compliance.Participate in hiring processes with HR and foster a positive team environment.Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards, manage equipment, and handle returned parts efficiently. Qualifications & Skills At least two years of management or similar business experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Proven success in coaching teams, achieving sales goals, and developing business plans.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience as an automotive technician or similar is preferred but not required.Ability to work multiple days, including Saturdays, and meet physical demands such as standing, lifting, and movement. Working Conditions: Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and good vision and hearing.
