Full-Time Store Manager

Role Overview: The Manager-on-Deck (MOD) oversees overall store performance, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and excellent guest service. Responsibilities include managing operations, controlling expenses, developing staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Key Duties Financial Management: Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales and profit targets, review invoices, and safeguard assets.People Leadership: Set expectations, communicate goals, coach staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure policy compliance.Facilities Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, monitor equipment, and manage inventory returns. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.Strong leadership, communication, and team coaching abilities.Proven success in meeting sales and profit goals, with capability to develop strategic plans.Preferred experience as an automotive technician; ability to work a minimum of five days including Saturdays. Physical & Working Conditions: Must stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
