Responsibilities
- Teach first- and second-year Biotechnology courses
- Advising Biotechnology students
- Aiding students in identifying internship opportunities
- Teaching other Biology courses as needed by the department
- Assisting in reviewing the Biotechnology curriculum and updating experimental procedures for Biotechnology labs
- Teaching across multiple instructional modalities, including in-person, online, and hybrid formats
Requirements
- Masters in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or closely related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Biological sciences or Biotechnology
- PhD in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or related field or 2 or more years Biotechnology industry experience
- 2 or more years Community College teaching experience
