Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant to help schedule and manage short-form video content across multiple social media platforms.
This is a long-term remote role working with a large creator with millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram. The main responsibility is making sure content is uploaded, scheduled, tracked, and reported correctly every day.
Responsibilities
- Upload and schedule short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat
- Manage a weekly posting calendar
- Organize video files, captions, hashtags, titles, and posting notes
- Make sure scheduled posts are correctly formatted before they go live
- Track all posts in Google Sheets or Notion
- Screenshot and organize analytics
- Flag failed uploads, caption issues, formatting problems, copyright issues, or platform errors
- Send a short daily report showing what was scheduled, what was posted, and what needs attention
- Follow written instructions and SOPs carefully
Requirements
- Strong written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience using social media platforms
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, or similar is preferred
- Comfortable with Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Able to work consistently and communicate clearly
- Highly organized
- Able to handle repetitive tasks without mistakes
- Available for long-term work
Preferred
- Experience working with creators, influencers, social media agencies, or online brands
- Experience scheduling TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,
- Basic understanding of short-form video formatting
Compensation
Starting at US$1,000/month for a 30-day paid trial. For strong performance, compensation can increase to US$1,300–1,500/month or more.
