About the role
The SnowSports Supervisor at Marquette Mountain Resort is responsible for overseeing ski and snowboard schools, promoting skiing and snowboarding, and providing quality lessons for guests. The position is seasonal, running from October 14, 2026, to April 14, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Aids the SSS Director in building and structuring school offerings to meet demand and staffing needs.
- Collaborates with Guest Services to schedule and process lesson sales.
- Maintains oversight of instructors, classes, and private lessons, especially when the SSS Director is unavailable.
- Ensures classes and schedules are entered into Whitepeaks software for online and in-person booking.
- Manages interpersonal relationships and ensures meticulous organizational skills.
- Communicates effectively with guests of all ages, from three years old to adults.
- Works in a diverse and fast-paced team environment, demonstrating excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ensures adherence to high standards of guest safety and maintains a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for skiing and snowboarding.
- Meticulous and proactive organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with ski and snowboard instruction.
- Knowledge of Whitepeaks software.
