We’re looking for an organized, solution-driven Scheduler to ensure the right caregiver is matched with each client. This position is located in our West Ashley office; candidates must be local to the area.
Schedule
Full-Time: 11 AM–8 PM, with on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
- Handle call-offs and schedule changes quickly
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team
- Assist as a caregiver when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling or home care experience preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented team player
