What You’ll Be Doing:
- Entering and maintaining caregiver schedules based on plans coordinated by management
- Making real-time updates and adjustments to schedules as needed
- Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients about any changes
- Ensuring accuracy in our scheduling system and documentation
- Assisting with calls, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Supporting the office team with additional tasks as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year experience in home health or caregiver, scheduling is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and technology
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Calm, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Someone who takes pride in supporting a mission-driven team
