What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Entering and maintaining caregiver schedules based on plans coordinated by management
  • Making real-time updates and adjustments to schedules as needed
  • Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients about any changes
  • Ensuring accuracy in our scheduling system and documentation
  • Assisting with calls, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Supporting the office team with additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least one year experience in home health or caregiver, scheduling is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Calm, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Someone who takes pride in supporting a mission-driven team
