Full Time RN / LPN Positions. 2-10 SHIFT, 20K SIGN ON BONUS PLUS $10.00 SHIFT DIFF
Position Summary
The Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care setting in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. This role includes assessing resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for changes in status, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The Nurse also plays a key role in resident and family communication, documentation, supervision of nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Pay
- Registered Nurse (RN): $29.22–$39.45 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $24.33–$32.00 per hour
- Evening shift differential: $10.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for 2 pm–10 pm shift only (minimum 40 hours per week to be eligible)

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Current CPR certification
- Organized with ability to maintain accuracy; computer experience and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with nursing assistants and nursing administration
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach
- Pleasant personality with ability to work closely with staff, residents, and family members in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner
- Proven ability to always maintain confidentiality
