Full-Time RN - Inpatient

The role involves providing direct nursing care within the Pediatric ICU, working primarily night shifts with differential pay. Responsibilities include delivering safe patient care, collaborating on individualized care plans, assisting with tests and procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse will serve as a clinical leader, support orientation and precepting of new staff, and respond to emergency situations. Ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment and promoting patient safety are key duties. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in NM or reciprocally authorized, CPR certification, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
