Full-Time RN Clinical Educator

The Clinical Educator is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing education programs within a healthcare unit or department. They provide bedside training to clinical staff, ensuring competency through skill validation and ongoing monitoring. The role serves as a resource for clinical practice issues, orientation for new employees, and policy development based on evidence-based practices. Key duties include coordinating orientation, continuing education, and professional development activitiesdesigning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs aligned with organizational goalsperforming routine audits to address staff education needscollaborating with management to improve practice and documentationmaintaining staff competency records and facilitating practice and documentation changesrecruiting and preparing preceptors and supporting clinical growthproviding direct patient care to maintain clinical relevance and participating in professional governance, quality, and safety meetings. Qualifications include a nursing license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
