Full-Time RN Case Manager

About the Role

This position provides comprehensive nursing care, focusing on preventive health, first aid, and immunizations to protect associates and patients. The role involves implementing health compliance initiatives, evaluating workplace safety, and managing injury prevention measures.

Responsibilities

• Document medical data and collaborate with healthcare providers and risk management teams.
• Develop and implement wellness programs to enhance employee health and work-life balance.
• Administer health compliance initiatives such as influenza vaccination, TB testing, and N95 fit testing.
• Evaluate workplace safety and injury prevention measures.
• Manage the temporary modified duty program and assess associates after work injuries.
• Conduct pre-employment physicals to evaluate fitness for duty.
• Administer medications and vaccinations, and manage medical supplies.
• Provide exposure follow-up and counseling.
• Actively participate in meetings, community outreach, and quality improvement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or comparable experience; BSN preferred.
• 3-4 years of nursing experience; occupational health experience preferred.
• Valid RN license; COHN certification and CPR certification required.

Skills

• Strong assessment, triage, and first aid skills.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent patient education, communication, and computer skills.
