Full-Time RN Cardiothoracic

About the Role

Provide specialized nursing care for cardiothoracic and cardiac patients across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Monitor hemodynamics and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Manage chest tubes, drains, and other post-surgical equipment
• Coordinate care with surgical teams and multidisciplinary staff
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Uphold safety, quality, and compassionate care standards
