About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care surgical unit, providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care
- Prioritize patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to quality and safety at the point of care
- Care for patients with moderate to high acuity on Med-Surg units
- Follow evidence-based practices
- Support patient wellness and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (preferred Bachelor's degree)
- Current RN licensure
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- BLS certification
