The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor patient health status and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
