About the role
A Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health at Vivie will deliver compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. This role involves providing direct client care, educating clients and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care
- Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions
- Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate client records and billing
- Demonstrate understanding of payer sources and authorization requirements
- Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in team meetings, special projects, or assist in other areas of the organization
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- CPR required within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care

$35.00- $42.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
