Role Overview

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive mental health care for adult patients in a behavioral health hospital. The role involves working in a collaborative team environment with IM support and coverage provided, ensuring high-quality patient care. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule and shared call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat adult patients with behavioral health conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated care
• Provide consultation and support within the hospital setting

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with appropriate psychiatric certification
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
