About the role
Psychiatrist | Full Time Serenity Healthcare is a physician owned and led group that has expanded to 8 states and 36 locations while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes and provider support. We are looking for innovative psychiatrists to join us as we continue to grow in existing and future markets.
Pay
$300,000 base salary + incentives; realistic total compensation of $500,000+.
Schedule
No call ever; outpatient-only practice; flexible schedule (4-5 days/week); 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio providing exceptional clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
