About the role

Serenity Healthcare is a physician owned and led group that has expanded to 8 states and 36 locations while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes and provider support. We are looking for innovative psychiatrists to join us as we continue to grow in existing and future markets.

Pay

$300,000 base salary + incentives. Realistic total compensation of $500,000+.

Schedule

• No call. Ever.
• Outpatient-only practice.
• Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week).
• 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
