Full-Time Psychiatrist

Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Adult/General Psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients with mental health conditions. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, participating in team meetings, and ensuring quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment in an inpatient settingDevelop and implement individualized care plans collaborativelyParticipate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and supervisionSupport a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications & Skills MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (all subspecialties welcomed)Active or ability to obtain a Colorado medical licenseStrong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities Work Environment & Benefits: The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and support from psychiatric nurse practitioners.
