Full-Time Production Associate

About the Role

As a production associate, you will be trained to assemble windows using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment that prioritizes safety, with physical movement throughout the day. The role involves reading visual and written instructions, communicating effectively in English, and collaborating closely with supervisors to troubleshoot issues. Cross-training in multiple departments is available to increase versatility and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment
• Operate drilling, measuring, cutting, and saw equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
