About the role
The Production Associate is responsible for executing daily production tasks under the supervision of the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of production materials
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedures
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Skills
- Proficiency in using common manufacturing equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
