Full Time Porter

The Springs at Bozeman is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Housekeeper/Porter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors every day.

About the role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday (8-hour shift) in a supportive and team-oriented community.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and apartments
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the community
• Assist with light maintenance requests as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Follow community cleaning and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service

Requirements

• Genuine love for seniors and willingness to learn
• Friendly, observant, patient, organized, and flexible
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous senior living or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

Monday through Friday – 8-hour shift
