Porter - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables, counters, floors, and beverage stations are clean and sanitized.
• Clear, bus, and clean tables during service; sweep floors and prep areas prior to service.
• Transport dishes, utensils, and heavy deliveries safely using trays, carts, or tubs.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to ensure sanitation standards.
• Maintain display equipment and ensure proper presentation and temperature of served items following HACCP standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, observing safe lifting practices.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of protective gloves and footwear.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of porter experience required.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without accommodations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper handling of equipment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
