Full-time Porter

About the role

As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is safe and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in public and operational spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, pool areas, clubhouses, BBQ area, trash rooms and outdoor areas.
• Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
• Empty trash and remove debris from grounds and common spaces.
• Operate basic maintenance equipment such as power blowers.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Use a mobile device to clock in/out, receive work orders, and communicate with the team.
• Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must speak some English to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and receiving work orders.
• Background check required.
