Full-Time Plant & Operations Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: The Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance activities for MEP systems, HVAC, boilers, and chillers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage work orders, drive operational excellence, promote a safety-first culture, foster teamwork, support labor and supply cost control, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications: 3-5 years of plant operations and maintenance management or supervision, 2+ years mentoring hourly staff, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, facility management certification (or willingness to obtain), knowledge of facility equipment and regulatory standards, proficiency with CMMS, and membership or willingness to join ASHE.
