About the role
Oversee plant operations, production, and site facilities, working closely with batch personnel and drivers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards
- Develop and monitor production plans
- Manage budgets and costs
- Analyze productivity and inventory data
- Supervise personnel and develop teams
- Maintain equipment and safety protocols
- Foster positive community relationships
- Safety management, process improvement, reporting, and personnel development to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in ready-mix operations and ancillary functions
- Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA and DOT regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP is a plus
- Relevant engineering or management certifications are desirable
