Full-Time Plant Manager

About the role

Oversee plant operations, production, and site facilities, working closely with batch personnel and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards
• Develop and monitor production plans
• Manage budgets and costs
• Analyze productivity and inventory data
• Supervise personnel and develop teams
• Maintain equipment and safety protocols
• Foster positive community relationships
• Safety management, process improvement, reporting, and personnel development to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in ready-mix operations and ancillary functions
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA and DOT regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP is a plus
• Relevant engineering or management certifications are desirable
