Full-Time Plant Manager

About the role

Oversee production, operations, and site facilities, working closely with batch personnel and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and safety training
• Manage budgets and control costs
• Develop production plans and analyze productivity data
• Supervise equipment, personnel, and quality assurance
• Maintain OSHA and DOT regulations and safety standards
• Build positive community relationships and manage personnel development
• Generate reports and oversee maintenance and safety procedures
• Implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in ready-mix operations, personnel management, and regulatory compliance
• Relevant education in engineering or management certifications (preferred)
• Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (advantageous)
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations (essential)
