Full Time - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy care by evaluating, planning, implementing, and reassessing treatment for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with patients and team members.
• Seek continuous improvement in patient experience.
• Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a collaborative, accountable environment.
• Render technical and professional physical therapy services, perform evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Engage proactively in team and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Valid Texas License or Temporary License.
• 1 year of licensed PT experience; new graduates considered.
