Full‑time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Rutland, VT. 10k sign‑on bonus! The Pines at Rutland is a beautiful facility with an excellent rehab team. Facility and Director of Rehab have received awards from the State of Vermont and were ranked among the best nursing homes in 2025 by U.S. News – World Report.

Job Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment
• Hold a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license‑eligible to practice in Vermont
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
• Attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
