Full-Time - Payer Modernization & Innovation Director

Role Overview

The position involves leading healthcare payer transformation initiatives by developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines
• Demonstrate expertise in payer operations and act as a subject matter professional
• Support business development through relationship building and project proposals
• Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution
• Contribute to thought leadership and enhance service offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the healthcare payer industry
• Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Proven success in leading large transformation projects with complex budgets and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
