Role Overview

This position requires leading healthcare payer transformation initiatives, developing and delivering technology-enabled strategies, and managing high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sell healthcare payer solutions
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality and performance
• Build client relationships
• Contribute to thought leadership in the industry

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years' consulting or executive experience in healthcare payers
• Expertise in healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency
• Master's degree required
• Proven experience managing large, complex transformation projects
• Stakeholder engagement and regulatory issue management experience
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills

• Ability to travel extensively
