About the Role

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, optimizing the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and constructing promotional displays.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
  • Follow check-out implementation plans negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives and ensure competition compliance; report any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Optimize seasonal sales, support seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
  • Carry out quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
  • Occasionally fill in seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and represent the company in front of in-store employees.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location (Dallas, TX).

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
