About the role

As a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store visibility of Mondelēz products, focusing on impulse products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated in-store locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the check-out implementation plan guidelines negotiated by the Mondelēz sales representative to fill checkouts and ensure competition compliance. Inform the Mondelēz sales representative and store employees in case of issues.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
• Enhance seasonal sales, support the implementation of seasonal campaigns, and set up seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to the store floor and stocking shelves.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location (Dallas, TX).

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
